Leaders Should Never Stop Learning

In February 2020, a six year old girl was reported missing in a small town in South Carolina. In the days that followed, her story put that small town in the National spotlight. So much so that the US Vice President spoke about it. I am able to tell her story from the perspective of the Chief who lived it.
